Preliminary Test Results
Throughout the first weeks of March, Trident Marketing Inc. initiated a new food safety protocol in which randomly selected samples were taken and tested at an independent laboratory. Test results indicate that the tested samples were found to have extremely low levels of methyl mercury. Here are the findings:

Every two weeks we will test a randomly selected sample of our fish and post the findings here. These tests are conducted at Michaelson Laboratories Inc. using the AOAC 988.11 test method for Methyl Mercury, which is the organic form of mercury that occurs in seafood via bioaccumulation up through the aquatic food chain.
